For iPhone and Apple Watch
Your fitness partner, with a pinch of AI.
Readiness from last night's sleep, every workout in detail, meals that add up, and a coach who explains the numbers. Tracking is free, forever.
Readiness & sleep
Know how hard to go today.
Each morning FitHarmony turns last night's sleep, your HRV and breathing, and the week's training into one readiness score, with recovery and sleep scores beside it.
Vitals
See the change before you feel it.
HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, wrist temperature and VO₂ max against your own 60-day baseline, and blood oxygen against the healthy range. When something drifts, it's the only thing in colour, and you get a heads-up.
Workouts
Every session, second by second.
Scrub through a workout and watch heart rate, pace and altitude follow your position on the map. Zones, heart rate recovery, splits and running power are all there, and any GPS workout replays as a 3D flyover.
Custom workouts & plans
Build it once. Follow it for weeks.
Design intervals with repeats, rest and targets by heart-rate zone, pace or reps, or build a plan week by week. The calendar ticks off each session as you do it. Subscribers can generate a plan for anything from a 5K to an ultra, or a season on the bike.
Nutrition & recipes
Meals that add up.
Log food by search, barcode or favourites, down to the gram or the ounce, and see what's left for the day. Cook from recipes with the macros worked out, and put a recipe's ingredients on your shopping list in one tap.
Bob, the AI coach
A coach who explains the numbers.
Ask Bob about your readiness, have him build today's workout or a recipe, or tell him what you ate, in words, a voice note or a photo, and he logs it from the food database. He remembers what matters to you, cites the research behind his advice, and reads your health data only when you turn that on.
Friends
Keep each other going.
Add friends and follow each other's workouts live, with heart rate, distance and the route as it happens. Send each other workouts and recipes.
Maps & trails
Find the trail. Take it offline.
Find trails near you, with photos, difficulty, the elevation profile and the forecast, or import a GPX and draw your own. Then take it to your Apple Watch with offline maps, or to Garmin as a course. Offline watch maps cover Europe.
Widgets & Apple Watch
Glance. Don't open.
Readiness on your Lock Screen, your next session on your Home Screen, and a live workout in the Dynamic Island and on your wrist.
On the watch: ten sports, intervals with voice countdowns, a pace bar and metronome, heart-rate alerts, screens you set up yourself, video guides, and offline maps that warn you when you leave the route.
Works with
Apple Health, Garmin and Strava.
Bring the data you already have, and send your workouts where you train.
Apple Health
Sleep, heart rate, HRV, workouts and more come in. Your workouts, meals and body measurements go back.
Garmin
Activities, sleep stages, stress, Body Battery, VO₂ max and fitness age come in, and your readiness is built from them. Your workouts and routes go out to the watch.
Strava
Upload any workout from its detail screen.
Meet Pip
He trains when you train.
Pip lives on every tab and grows as you stick to your plan, from Sprout to Rookie, Athlete and Champion, and a stage he has earned is his for good. Miss a few sessions and he sulks. On a run day he runs, on a ride day he rides, and on HIIT day he does push-ups. Badly.

Questions
Asked often.
Is FitHarmony free?
Yes. Workout tracking, readiness, sleep and vitals, maps and routes, custom workouts and your own plans, nutrition, recipes, widgets and the Apple Watch app are free, and they stay free. Bob, the AI coach, and the other AI features are a monthly subscription; the App Store shows the current price. You need a free account.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. FitHarmony reads Apple Health, so sleep, heart data and workouts from anything that writes there show up, and Garmin connects directly. Recording a workout with FitHarmony itself, with its intervals, voice countdowns and offline maps, is done on the Apple Watch.
Does it work with Garmin?
Yes. Connect Garmin and FitHarmony imports your activities, sleep stages, HRV, stress, Body Battery, blood oxygen, VO₂ max and fitness age, and builds your readiness from them against your own baseline. It also sends your custom workouts and routes to Garmin Connect, which puts them on your watch.
What can Bob do?
Answer questions about your readiness, training, food and the science behind them; log what you ate from a sentence, a voice note or a photo, with the numbers from the food database; build a workout or a recipe; move or skip a session in your plan; and remember what matters to you. He reads your health data only when you turn on Health data & AI, and it goes to OpenAI to answer you.
Which languages does it speak?
English and Romanian, following your iPhone's language. The Apple Watch app and the widgets are in English.
What do I need to run it?
An iPhone with iOS 17.2 or later. The Apple Watch app needs watchOS 10.3 or later, and offline maps on the watch cover Europe.
